Around the Fire
Imagine all of us, sitting around a warm beautiful fire, enjoying each other's company, basking in the glow of friendship and community. Some of you might like to envision us outside in the beauty of nature at night, others, around a roaring inside fire, sitting on comfy chairs, with our heads resting on each other's shoulders and legs thrown across laps. We might be giving each other shoulder massages and back rubs, or we may be braiding each other's hair or brushing it.Now, tap into your warm, melted heart, feeling the circle of women around the fire and around the world, sisters and friends, sitting together in circle, safe, respectful, open and curious. Wisdom Heart Women's Circle
“The future of the world depends on women” by Kofi Annan, Director General, United Nations
Pod Vision:
Building on Margaret Wheatley's definition that a leader is “anyone who wants to help” and shifting from “leader as hero” to “leader as host” , the vision for this pod is that we connect a large number of women around the world who are “wanting to help” and take action to increase our leadership and change the world.

Pod Mission:
To create a large, dynamic and action oriented virtual circle community of like minded women that circles the planet and
Create a collective consciousness within the pod that builds to a critical mass/tipping point for common good.
Pod Purpose: connection, conversation, collaboration, co-creation.
- share our stories
- learn from one another and about each other
- provide support, encouragement and inspiration for each other to take action to improve the world
Guiding Principles:
Using circle process as much as possible in a virtual community and building on the work of Christina Baldwin (“Calling the Circle, the First and Future Culture”, Bantam, 1998) it is envisioned that we use the following agreements:
- To create a safe and nurturing space on zaadz where we can listen and learn with heart centered openness, respect, curiosity and compassion.
- -After an initial start up phase, with one main “cultivator” hosting the pod can be rotated amoungest interested women on a monthly basis.
