This pod discusses the philosophy of Ascensionism and how it applies to business and life. Ascensionism pools from diverse fields such as transhumanism, Integral Theory, positive psychology, philosophy, sustainability, and eastern thought. Presently, I am developing a theory called Organizational Synergy which interconnects the individual or actor of a system, system itself, the culture, as well as the ecological and societal environment. The goal is to establish a symbiotic relationship between all these dimensions fostering an emergent synergy regenerating and mutually beneficial for all parties involved. With Organizational Synergy Theory, Ascensionist philosophy, African-American scholarship, business philosophy, sustainable technologies, and sociocybernetics theory are discussed.
