The “medical model” – diagnosis and treatment planning – categorizing human behavior – delving into the past, into childhood – therapist as arcaeologist –these and many other approaches to psychotherapy do not seem to fit me anymore.  As a therapist I do not see my role as one of “expert” who is going to help my client fix the problem.

Non-dual psychotherapy – transluscent psychotherapy – mindfulness – being fully present with the holy other – focusing on the here and now – seeing through the many defenses that are created to block the experience of a free, spacious, open awareness – self-inquiry as a means of breaking through the illusions and seeing Reality face to face – YES! that fits…
